Ballet

Senior Students are rewarded for all their hard work by the additional study of pointe work (Grade 5). Buying a first pair of pointe shoes is always exciting!

The Rad syllabus also continues with classical, character, and free movement. Exams are recognised by Ofqual and contribute to UCAS points, and their current president is Darcey Bussell.

Tap is complex and great fun! It is perfect for all dancers who have a great sense of rhythm and style. It is an important skill for musical theatre performers.

Modern

If you love to move, and want a broader range of styles alongside classical dance, ʻModern Theatreʼ is the perfect syllabus. Think West End Musicals!

The syllabus includes many up – to – date styles including lyrical, jazz, and contemporary and promotes technique, artistry and musicality.

Red Shoes Company

We started Red Shoes Company in 2019 as a direct result of Miss Nicky’s arrival at Red Shoes. There is nothing Nicky enjoys more than choreographing pieces for her company of dancers.  She has a unique talent for understanding what each dancer individually brings – and provides a platform for them to shine!

We have performed at various venues including the end-of-year show, Haslemere Hospital, Shottermilll Junior Christmas Fair, Coronation Parade and Summer Concerts.
